Late Cancellations/No Shows
Cancellations within a 48 hour period will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the service total. Same day cancellations will result in the card on file being charged 100% of the service total.
No Shows will result in the card on file being charged 100% of the service total. 

Tardiness
5 minutes of tardiness will result in a change in services (ex: no blow dry).
10 minutes of tardiness will result in a reschedule of the entire appointment to a different day.

If 10 minutes of tardiness occurs two or more times, booking with Berkeley Hair will no longer be permitted.

Working from Home Days
Please feel free to work during your appointment! We just ask that you're prepared to sign off when it's time for your hair to be toned and washed.

Consultation/Redos
All clients are given the same, thorough consultation. In the case of being unhappy with the outcome of your service, redos will only be given if the result is something that was not discussed as a possibility during the consultation. If you feel that mistakes have been made, pictures and correspondence need to have been made within three days after your appointment.

Colorist & Guest Break Ups
Please respect if your colorist does not feel like the two of you are a good fit or if they feel like they are not able to achieve your inspiration, Berkeley Hair will always refer you to others that could be a better fit.
If you feel like your colorist isn't a good fit for yourself, that is okay! A blonding session takes hours at a time and it's important that you feel comfortable with the person you're receiving your services from. Please let us know if this is the case!
